I am one of the activity day leaders in our ward (for the older girls, except Bree, who comes with me). Last weekend we had a PJ'S party (Prayer, Journals and Scriptures) at our house.

First, the girls made journals by covering notebooks with scrapbook paper and ribbon. The had to put mod
podge over the whole thing. It was quite a mess, but the books turned out cute in the end.

Then they made prayer rocks. We just had them put on decals that said "did you think to pray?". They finished them off with some gems.

After that they had a scripture hunt. The girls had to look up many scriptures to find clues to where the next clue was hidden. In the end, they found a treasure box in the dryer that was filled with cute chocolate scriptures.

Finally they decorated cupcakes and watched a movie all while wearing their pj's. Judging from all the giggling and squealing, I'm pretty sure they had a fun night.
BY THE WAY, Bree was wearing my glasses, and NO she doesn't need them. She just loves wearing them (especially when her friend is wearing glasses too).
