Joshua and Breanna have again started basketball. Poor Joshua is going to have a long year. The last two years he was on a really good team and they won most of their games. This year...well...they are lucky to get half the points the other teams do. Joshua works hard and is a good defender. He scores on occasion, and even got an awesome lay-up the other day, but he gets a bit timid when it comes to shooting. He is improving all the time though. He still really enjoys it and he has two of his good friends on his team which makes it that much better.
Breanna's team is pretty good actually. Most of them are pretty timid about shooting and dribbling (except Breanna who seems to shoot whenever she gets the ball, even if it is a long shot, and she practically sprints down the court when she is dribbling), but they seem to be a pretty coordinated team. Breanna is once again the smallest on her team, but not the youngest. They wear wrist bands to show who they defend and they try to match them up in ability. Since Bree is a hustler, she usually gets to defend the best player on the other team. This usually means she is defending a person a head taller than herself. It is fun to watch though.
