On Wednesday the 2nd graders took a field trip to Casa Manana, which is a children's theater in Fort Worth. They always put on really fun plays and musicals.
We saw a musical/play called "Miss Nelson is Missing". I believe there are books about Miss Nelson although I have never read one myself. Breanna loved listening to the music and was really thrilled when she figured out the ending before it happened.
Afterwards the kids went to a park near the theater and ate lunch and played on the playground. Breanna loved playing with her buddies.
It was a nice easy field trip and I was happy I was able to go and be with my gal.
