A couple of nights ago we had a nice Texas storm. In our neighborhood we didn't get it quite as hard as many of the surrounding neighborhoods, but it was still exciting. Many of my friends said they had tennis ball or even baseball sized hail. Our hail wasn't quite that big. It wasn't big enough to cause "real" damage, just minor car dings (except luckily our cars were in the garage).
Here is a clip of the hail coming down. At the end when the sirens come on, listen for Bree in the background. We were watching the storm on TV so we knew that there weren't any tornadoes close by (some were reported about 15 miles south of us, but I don't think they touched down).
This was my favorite piece of hail. Doesn't it look like an eyeball.
