Josh had his spring choir concert last night. Here are three of his songs. Not great pictures, but hey, really do you need to see them standing there, its the music that really counts. The camera didn't really do the music justice either, but you get the idea.
The first song is just a boogie woogie with Do,Re, Mi, Fa, Sol, La, Ti, Do etc. It was just a song for fun that only about half the 6th graders chose to do.
I really love J's choir director, she is fabulous. Hopefully Bree will have the opportunity to sing with her next year too. If the school district doesn't find money somewhere, (by increasing taxes) then they are going to cut many of the fine art programs like choir, art and band. (In all fairness, they are also going to cut many athletics too). This is one time where I hope the tax increase happens.
